Over 24 weeks, I learned how to meal prep, cook for my entire family, make time for myself, be healthy and still have fun and fit into the clothes that I wanted. This was the definition of a lifestyle change. I have lost a total of 30 pounds and 7% body fat!
I was doing things I had never done before. Over the 8-week program, I lost 3 percent body fat and gained 1.6 pound of muscle!! My biggest accomplishment was eating more vegetables and working out 4 days per week.
By the end of the program I had lost 20 pounds and 7.6% body fat. Those 12 weeks were not easy for me. I struggled some days to get motivated and to eat my meals but in the end I persevered and was overjoyed with the results of hard work thanks to Emilee!
